In April 2019 I was getting sharp pain in my lower back. The pain was caused from a bulging disk. Pretty painful but the best way of seeing that pain subside was to strengthen the muscles around it. I am a quarter shy from 5’4 and I weigh 183 lbs and I would say I was moderately active, I worked out inconsistently and ate whatever, whenever I felt like it. I wanted to do better. Between 145 and 165 with lean muscle and better control is my ultimate goal. Although I worked out it took a few months before I sought out help because I wanted to make sure when I worked out I was exercising correctly (right forms, intensity, working the right muscle groups) for the results I was expecting. Before working with Kaleaha my mile time was 13 min and now it’s under 11 min. My balance was horrible and now I’m holding, strength/ balance poses longer than 40 seconds. To complete 5 pushups without stopping was a complete struggle and I am currently doing 30 in a workout session. And the best thing yet is the pain from my bulging disk has reduced significantly. I am proud of the progress I’ve made to this point and can’t wait either for the progress of tomorrow. Kaleaha is inspiring, encouraging, instructive, and understanding. I look forward to working with her in the months to come.

Before Kaleaha started her fitness company and just was training herself, she was one of the kindest people I met. When she started her fitness journey on her own, she offered for me to join and actually met me at the gym to work out with her, which was surprising to me because we did not even know each other. She has always inspired me to want to continue my fitness journey and has been a positive motivation in my life for meeting fitness and personal goals. I have been apart of a couple of the weight loss challenges and even places 3rd place in one. She has been very encouraging from the time that I met her and I am thankful for the relationship that we have built.

I watch this little lady go from big to small.  It takes dedication, education, determination. You can't go into this field with a weak mind or a soft heart! You gotta be hardcore, by all means necessary, triumphant, giving up, I can't, not an option. When I saw the end product, I knew I had to have her as my trainer.  The old saying age ain't nothing but a number, she put that to truth. I could barely touch my toes when I started. Kaleaha will push you to your full potential. You think you can't, she knows you can. I had never walked past a mirror and stared at It, until I started training with Kaleaha. I got so many compliments about how I began to transform. If you want results she's the one. She wants you to have what she has strength, confidence, determination,and feel just like she does. And trust me she will get you there. Thank you for renewing my confidence in my body image. Love you. Can't wait to get back in there!
